About Us

My name is Marcia Kovar, welcome to my Website. I've always enjoyed writing so creating this Website was the perfect idea because it gives me a place to express myself and write all kinds of blogs :)

I have lived in the United States since I was a teenager so I am an American for sure, but I am also Brazilian and Peruvian. My father is Brazilian from São Paulo and my mother is Peruvian from Lima. Both big cities in South America but with a completely different culture and lifestyle. As a result, I am fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. I have an Associate's Degree in Travel & Hospitality Management from Fisher College in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor's Degree with Business Management concentration from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

My husband's name is Mike and we have a crazy blended family of five children and two dogs. We live in the town of Celebration in the state of Florida which is 5 minutes away from Disney World. I absolutely love living in Celebration which by the way is a travel destination in itself.

Our online adventure started when we opened our family YouTube Channel "Chasing Dreams with Mike" in 2020, from there we have expanded to a Channel for our little one "Chasing Gisele" and one for me "Marcia Kovar". We love making videos as a family and combined with my love of writing, this is where we are today, doing short and longer videos and writing blogs.
